Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:05 on July 6, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in the Spart-type B while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.182% of blood alcohol concentration from around 125 SP25 Gapool apartment 101 to front of Hanpool apartment 101.
