On May 8, 2014, at around 00:48, the Defendant: (a) driven a car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.202% alcohol concentration in the section of approximately one kilometer from around 102 dong to the front of the bridge in the same Dong from around 102 dong, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 0.48.
