On April 28, 2014, at around 01:56, the Defendant driven a B cruise car with approximately KRW 868 meters up to the front of the 1st public security center located in the Dong located in the city in Busan-gu, Busan-do, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% of blood alcohol level.
