"2015 Highly 83"
1. A thief: (a) around 21:00 on July 29, 2013, the Defendant: (b) took off the victim, who was seated away from the Defendant and two seats within the CPC, using the gap between toilets, by taking advantage of the gap between toilets, 400,000 won of the victim’s divers and the victim, who was seated on the said book; (c) one mong card, one flaf card, one flaf card, one flaf card, one flaf card, one flaf card, one resident registration certificate, and 50,000 won in cash.
2. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, purchased tobacco within the convenience store No. 108 of the building located in Heung-si, Do, and presented F’s corporate bank e-mail card, which was stolen under the foregoing paragraph (1), as his own act, and received one cigarette as a verbal bulletin equivalent to KRW 27,000 upon digital signature approval, and used a stolen e-mail card.

A thief, around July 27, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the guest rooms No. 311 administered by the victim I (the 43 years of age) among the 3th H hotels G in Silung-si, and stolen the victim’s market price by 9.50,000 won, 1 copy of the 3rd class, 1 copy of the 9.50,000 won, 1 copy of the 3rd class, 1 copy of the 3rd class, and 1 key of the vehicle.
2. On July 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around July 27, 2013, the Defendant, as indicated in the preceding paragraph, provided that, as if he was the Defendant’s card, he presented the stolen victim’s corporate banking card to the employees of convenience stores who are aware of the fact that he was the Defendant’s card, he would make payments; (b) provided that the amount of goods worth KRW 439,700 in total by means of the corporate banking card owned by the victim’s bank; and (c) used the stolen liquid card.
