Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 18:00 on June 9, 2018, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, drive a D-to-pubed vehicle from the road in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the parking lot in Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant’s residence, to approximately 8 kilometers, and driving the said A-to-pub vehicle from the parking lot in the above C building to the road in the front of the Defendant’s residence, around 21:35 on the same day.
