Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2017, the Defendant is the trade of livestock registered as a merchant of livestock (gold) on April 26, 201. A person who operated a farm that raises chickens and ducks in Daegu Dong-gu C and D from May 2016.

1. A person who owns livestock that died of an unidentified disease shall report thereon to the head of the agency for the control of livestock epidemics;

From May 27, 2017 to June 22, 2017, the Defendant did not report to the head of the livestock disease control agency, even though the chickens raised by the Defendant at the said farm was discarded due to uncertainty of the causes of 13 mari in total.

2. A vehicle registered as an access vehicle to livestock-related facilities having no wireless recognition device on a vehicle shall be equipped with a device that wirelessly recognizes information on access to livestock-related facilities (vehicle wireless recognition device);

The defendant is the owner of the E-cargo registered as an access vehicle to the facility.

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased a wireless recognition device on May 10, 2017 from the Dong office and operated the said vehicle without being installed on the facility access vehicle.

3. Where the area of the livestock breeding facility installed without permission exceeds 50 square meters, the livestock breeding facility shall meet necessary requirements, such as disinfection facilities, and be raised with permission for livestock breeding business;

However, from May 2016, the Defendant, without permission from the competent authorities, installed approximately 85 square meters in Daegu Dong-gu C and D with a c and D, and operated the livestock industry.
