1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from October 26, 2015 to December 16, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. As the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 15/100 per annum) is amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and came into force on October 1, 2015, the part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 20/10 per annum.
