Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant E, from October 24, 2014, leased three floors of the commercial building located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, to operate a game forum of “J Gameland.” Defendant B and Defendant F also paid KRW 53 million to Defendant A and Defendant E on July 21, 2016 and operated the above game room as a partnership business from that time.
K served as an employee of the above game hall from July 21, 2016, and Defendant D served as an employee of the above game hall from August 31, 2016. Defendant C used as an employee of the above game hall from January 21, 2016.
1. In relation to the criminal facts of Defendant A and Defendant E’s joint crime No. 1, K was initially prosecuted as an accomplice, but the prosecutor changed the indictment to exclude K from the criminal facts of paragraph 1.
