1. As to KRW 1,099,384,405 among the Plaintiff and KRW 408,929,232 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from October 1, 2015 to September 28, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of marine transportation, etc. (1) The Plaintiff is a party’s status, etc., and Nonparty C was employed by the Plaintiff Company on January 5, 1987 and worked at the accounting and accounting team of the said company for about 28 years and 8 months until September 18, 2015, when he/she died of the Plaintiff’s organ of cells cell. (2) C was married with D on November 16, 198, and was divorced on October 11, 2001.

The defendant is a partner of D.

3) Meanwhile, C and H were remarriedd on December 20, 201, but divorced on March 18, 2015, and was divorced on March 18, 2015. B) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against H and E, F, G, I, and J on October 5, 2015 against H and E, F, G, I, and J (Seoul Central District Court 2015Gahap562470).

From January 28, 2011 to June 29, 2015, the above court held that C embezzled KRW 7,457,656,30 in total of the Plaintiff’s public funds, and that C’s heir, E, F, G, I, I, and J: (i) incurred damages for delay; (ii) incurred 1,491,531,260 in each case; and (iii) incurred damages for delay in preparing and remitting money in an unlawful manner other than normal ones by C; (iv) had been aware of the fact that C created and remitted money in a fraudulent way; (v) without implied consent, the court held that C and the Plaintiff were jointly liable to pay the aforementioned KRW 2,917,091,091,00 in total from January 3, 201 to August 24, 2015, by receiving KRW 2,91,091,00 in total, or aiding and abetting the embezzlement of C; and (v) paid damages for delay to C00 won and each of deposit.

Seoul High Court Decision 2017Na2065938, the appellate court dismissed the appeal, and the Supreme Court Decision 2018Da280255, the appellate court dismissed the trial in the Supreme Court Decision 2018Da280255, which became final and conclusive January 2, 2019.

(2) On December 24, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking damages against D, etc. by Seoul Central District Court 2015Gahap581037.
