A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On December 10, 2016 through December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the cargo loaded on a truck parkeded by the victim D in front of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, at around 03:00, with a pipe 2kg at the market price equivalent to KRW 30,000, which is owned by the victim and kept in custody.
B. On December 10, 2016 through December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a pipe 2kg above the market price of 50,000 won owned by the victim F while loading a cargo parked by the victim F in front of Suwon-si E, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) the Defendant:

On December 10, 2016, from around December 20, 2016 to December 20, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s H, which was kept in front of the entrance, with 10kg of the market price of KRW 20,000 in front of the entrance in Suwon-si G in Suwon-si.

On January 11, 2017, at around 02:05, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a 300,000 mackter and a pipe in the market price owned by the victim J, which is in custody when loaded a cargo loaded on the truck parked in front of Suwon-si I, Suwon-si.
E. On January 13, 2017, around 01:22, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s market price in front of K in front of K in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, with two pumps, which is equivalent to KRW 300,000, the market price of the victim’s possession.
2. On January 8, 2017, around 04:35, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of intrusion on a structure at night; (b) at around 04:35, a sales store operated by the victim N in Suwon-si M, Suwon-si; and (c) intruded the inside, and stolen the structure with 30 km-ri-ri-ri, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 450,000, which was kept there.
