Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BPD car volume.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless,

1. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street front of the gas station located in Gwangju City, Gwangju Metropolitan City.

2. On May 2, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street front of the gas station located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.

3. On April 29, 2013, around 22:57, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at a 50-meter street in front of the door-type teaching in the Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Gwangju-si.

4. On April 14, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the off-site apartment apartment located in the Yanpo-si in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.

5. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street front of the gas station located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.

6. On April 3, 2013, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at a 50-meter street from the 50-meter radius from the gate-type, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Gwangju-si.

7. On April 1, 2013, around 10:19, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street front of the gas station located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.

8. On March 29, 2013, around 10:09, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the Orpo-si Apartment-si apartment located in Gwangju-si.

9. On March 25, 2013, around 12:14, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the Orpo-si Apartment-si apartment located in Gwangju-si.

10. The Defendant, on March 14, 2013, engaged in mandatory insurance at the tri-type street of the Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Hocheon-si.
