On May 2, 2015, around 15:50, the Defendant driven C cargo vehicles with approximately KRW 10km from the front road of Hanju-si to the front road of Hanju-si, 196, Hanju-si, with alcohol concentration of 0.196% under the influence of alcohol concentration.
