A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.173% among the blood transfusions around 03:20, driving a 1.4km section from the front side of the half-ro 124CC apartment after the front side of the 124CC, in the city of Won-si, to the front side of the half-ro 31-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si.
