【Criminal Records and Facts of Facts】
1. On December 29, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on August 31, 199; imprisonment for three million won with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on August 31, 199; imprisonment for eight months at the Jeonju District Court on February 6, 2004; imprisonment for three million won at the Seoul Western District Court on March 9, 2007; imprisonment for four months at the Seoul Western District Court on July 20, 2007; imprisonment for one year and six months; imprisonment for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act at the Seocho District Court on June 12, 2008; imprisonment for two years at the Busan District Court on June 4, 2010; imprisonment for the last two years on February 1, 2010; and completed the execution.
2. The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year on August 16, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 23, 2013, and completed the execution of a fine of KRW 700,000 on May 6, 2013 (Seoul Western District Court Decision 700,000 on March 28, 2012) under the Summary Order for Punishment of Violence, etc. Act, which was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a deadly weapons, etc.) committed by the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 28, 2013.

1.
