Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2012, at around 22:25, the Defendant completed a meeting with the workplace rent in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dcafeteria, and reported the use of it to male and female public toilets outside the restaurant, which are waiting outside the toilet, and tried to rape the victim E (the age 28).

계속하여 피고인은 피해자를 강제로 바닥에 눕혀 한 손으로 피해자의 입을 막고, 소리를 지르는 피해자의 머리를 수 회 바닥에 찧고, 왼손으로 피해자의 상체를 눌러 반항하지 못하게 한 후 오른손을 피해자의 팬티 속으로 집어넣어 음부를 만지고 손가락을 피해자의 음부에 집어넣는 등 피해자를 간음하려 하였으나 화장실 내의 시끄러운 소리를 들은 경비 F가 문을 두드리는 바람에 그 뜻을 이루지 못하고 미수에 그쳤다.
