Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2015 to September 2015, the Defendant is an employee of the Victim D (hereinafter “victim”) who is a company installing a corporate network from around April 2015 to around September 2015.

After September 8, 2015, the Defendant retired from the victim company and operated the “F” business chain of the same type with the same type of the victim company in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, without the consent of the victim company, posted 30 copies of the Defendant’s photo pictures on the website and public relations channel for the above “F” from May 18, 2016 to October 8, 2016, to the victim company on September 8, 2015.

On May 2016, the Defendant asked G, the representative of the victim company, to allow the use of the above pictures upon receiving a request from G to request the victim company to speak for the use of the above pictures. However, G rejected this request, the Defendant told the victim company to report the Internet portal site “NV” to “NV” as a violation of the Copyright Act, thereby allowing the victim company to stop posting some copies of the pictures.

Therefore, the Defendant accessed the Defendant’s residence located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by using a computer on October 2016, and then requested the victim company to suspend posting of the Defendant’s photographed by posting the Defendant’s copyright on the above NAB block to the effect that the copyright was infringed, thereby obstructing the victim company’s operation of the victim company’s publicity channel by force by force, from October 5, 2016 to October 11, 2016.
