Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In June 2013, the Defendant purchased the C Eth eth sports vehicle owned by B in front of the Flue House located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the Defendant did not make a transfer registration even though he/she applied to the Mayor/Do governor within 15 days from the date of purchase in the case of acquisition by transfer of the registered vehicle.
