On December 2, 2015, the Defendant acquired the said vehicle from a vehicle security lender in front of the Seoul National University located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said vehicle with the competent Mayor/Do Governor until May 2016.
