Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2017, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a low alcohol vehicle with alcohol content of 0.052% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 8km from the window B of Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the bottom of the Kumsan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si.
