Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 8 km from the front side of the Dagwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, to the front side of the Korean power in Changwon-si, which is located in the 80 ro-Gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, with alcohol content of KRW 0.238% in alcohol level among the blood transfusions around 02:20,016.
