1. It is confirmed that the Plaintiff is the copyright holder of the scenarios listed in the attached list No. 1.
2. The plaintiff's remaining claims.
Reasons
1. Facts of premise;
A. In February 2016, the Defendant concluded a standard employment contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for an animation film production business, etc., the Defendant: (a) sought to produce the “poton Nit (a form combining the real image and web Nit)” and to provide it through the web page; and (b) made a public announcement of the recruitment.

B. On March 15, 2016, the Plaintiff prepared and submitted to the Defendant each scenario as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “first copyrighted work”).
