Criminal facts

The facts constituting the crime of 2017 Goym 145, 145, 【Defendant’s and the person who requested the attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) are those who have a de facto marital relationship with C, and the victim D (man, 11 years of age) is a parent of the Defendant.

1.
