1. The Defendant’s KRW 34,522,840 among the Plaintiff and KRW 8,736,040 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 6,46,700 from February 10, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant, the main purpose of which is the operation of the stable team B, to carry out the duties of supervising the stable team from February 7, 2014 to December 31, 2015 (hereinafter “instant supervision contract”).

B. The main provisions relating to the instant case in the “training guidance service contract” prepared by the original Defendant at the time of the conclusion of the instant supervision contract are as follows.

The details of services to be provided by the supervisor (referring to the plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) pursuant to this contract shall be as follows:

1. Research and development of tactical technology to strengthen team power, and training and guidance for the improvement of players' personal skills;

2. Article 3 (Contract Period) (1) The period during which supervision provides guidance services under this Agreement shall be two years of the basic contract period (from February 7, 2014 to December 31, 2015) and one year of options (from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016).

2. The contract term of options under Paragraph 1 above shall be automatically extended if there is no ground for disqualification in violation of Article 10 of this Agreement, and the terms and conditions of the contract thereunder shall be separately agreed

Article 4 (Service Price) (1) The Gu Group (referring to the defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall pay 80,000,000 won (including taxes) annual salary for the year following the contract to the supervisor in 12-month equal installments each month as consideration for the supervisor to provide the services in good faith in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to faithfully perform his/her obligations under this Agreement, such as the matters to be observed in Article 10.

After each year, the annual salary shall be determined by mutual agreement.

2. In addition to the service costs under paragraph (1) of this Article, the Gu team shall pay 1,00,000,000 won to the supervisor of the deceased-si, 30,000 won in the event of the deceased-si's winning clock, clock clock clock clock clock clocks,

§ 10 (Matters to be Observed) (1) Supervision shall include the matters requested by the Gu in relation to the guidance services under this contract and the operation of the Gu group.
