Punishment of the crime

2. 모욕 피고인은 2017. 11. 5. 22:25 경 제 1 항 기재 장소에서, 112 신고를 받고 출동한 남양주 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 경찰관들인 피해자 G 경장, 피해자 H 순경으로부터 사건 경위를 질문 받자, 주변에 환자 및 가족들이 있는 가운데 피해자들을 상대로 수차례에 걸쳐 “ 짭새 새끼들”, “ 씨 발 내가 욕한 거 맞어, 경범 끊어. 짭새, 이 짭새, 짭새” 등의 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
