Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Although the Defendant is not a doctor, he/she provided an “C” operated by the Defendant on March 15, 2018, in Seoul Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (illegal medical service providers) from the first floor of the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with equipment, such as Maliba and Karofic et al., and operated non-licensed medical facilities on May 9, 2019 while he/she found the above correction center around May 11, 2019, and explained that “the above correction center is an expert of domestic wood, Karofic is a U.S. new treatment method, and the Kafic is required to be received several times at the same time,” and explained that he/she was unable to perform medical treatment around his/her hand, she took care of the bones, she took care of the surrounding bones, and she was under pressure from the 7rd of the bones under the influence of treatment using the crofic body.
In addition, the Defendant rendered medical practice over 241 times from March 15, 2018 to July 9, 2019, and received total of KRW 59,727,512 from the patients as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
Therefore, although the defendant is not a doctor, the defendant was engaged in medical practice for profit.
2. A person who has established a medical institution in violation of the Medical Service Act, the head of a medical institution, or a medical person shall not advertise concerning medical treatment;
Nevertheless, from March 15, 2018 to July 9, 2019, the Defendant posted an advertisement board stating the phrase “C” in front of the entrance of the “C” in which the Defendant’s operation had the words “C” (i.e., wood disc correction, knife disc correction, knife flife flife, side identification, clifflifties, shacks, snife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife,” and run a medical advertisement using the phrase “A4 printed matter” to distribute to customers who visited
