Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of KRW 1,000,00.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated a business establishment for “mal treatment” under the trade name of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 202, namely, “D.”

1. Although the Defendant did not intend to engage in the violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (non-medical service provider). However, from around September 2015, he/she was operating his/her business with facilities such as a president room and a flag room, etc., on March 24, 2016, he/she consulted his/her customer E, who found the above business establishment at around 10:30 minutes, and provided treatment treatment, and he/she was laid down on the floor of the above E, such as the above E’s title, etc., the shoulder door was pushed down in good hands, and was laid down on the floor again on the floor, she was moved from around 200 days to around 50 minutes, and she was provided with treatment treatment expenses under the average method of 15 minutes from around 200 5 minutes, including 1.5 minutes, she was provided with treatment expenses under the pretext of open bones and bucks.

2. Notwithstanding the fact that a person, other than a medical corporation, medical institution, or medical person, in violation of the Medical Service Act, is not permitted to advertise medical treatment, the Defendant is running the foregoing “D” business from September 2015 to June 15, 2016.
