A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 4,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2014 Highest 2062” was a person who operated the “Dda” located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from the beginning of August 2014 to September 17, 2014, and E and F were a driver of the said multi-party (the “Dda”), and G (the age of 29) was an employee of the said multi-party.
