Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2016, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would pay back the loaned money in installments (five years) to E (27 years, south-gu, Incheon) (hereinafter “S office to accept coffees”)” to the Defendant, “The Defendant borrowed money from the lending company to the Incheon F, and would not cause any damage to the lending obligor’s name after two months from the lending company.”

However, there was no property owned by the complainant even if the complainant borrowed money, and there was no intention or ability to repay it due to the absence of a certain income.

(1) On May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on May 12, 2016, issued KRW 4.5 million out of KRW 6 million to the Defendant’s mobile phone-based online exchange bank’s automatic withdrawal period; (b) on May 25, 2016, the Defendant used the mobile phone-based mobile phone-based mobile phone-based mobile phone-based text “if funds need to be more than KRW 3 million to open the coffee Acceptance A/S office; and (c) on July 2, 2016, the Defendant borrowed KRW 3 million to the Defendant’s female-friendly national bank account; and (d) on July 2, 2016, the Defendant borrowed KRW 5 million to the Defendant’s mobile phone-based mobile phone-based mobile phone-based bank account in the name of the Defendant’s woman-friendly G bank account; and (e) received KRW 28 million from the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant’s bank.”

As above, the Defendant was granted KRW 8 million as the borrowed money by deceiving the complainant.
