A Imprisonment of one year and six months and fine of thirty million won, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment of ten months and fine of ten million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant B are the owners operating entertainment taverns with the trade name “G” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, Defendant C is the management directors recruited and managed by the said owners, and Defendant B is the business of attracting customers on the said main points.

The Defendants conspired to employ female employees to raise sales according to their roles and provide them with alcohol at the same time to male customers, and to operate them as a method of providing similar studio (tentatively referred to as "North Changdong studio"). From January 3, 2017 to November 16, 2017 (Defendant B from September 5, 2017 to November 16, 2017), the Defendants arranged to engage in sexual traffic by having female employees, such as D and E, receive 150,000 won in advance with the price of sexual traffic, including the drinking value, from many unspecified male customers who have found the place, receive 150,00 won from the above male customers and provide them with alcohol, and encourage them to drink and provide entertainment with their sexual organ and hand, and arrange sexual traffic.

2. Around November 16, 2017, Defendant D, employed in the said “G” entertainment tavern, and found out there on the condition that he/she receives 70,000 won per male customer, and provided entertainment with an unspecified male and female member, and engaged in sexual intercourse by allowing the male customer to see his/her sexual organ and hand.

3. Around November 16, 2017, Defendant E employed in the said “G” entertainment tavern, and found at least 70,000 won per male customer on the condition that he/she receives 70,000 won per male customer, and provided entertainment with an unspecified male male member, and engaged in sexual traffic by having the male customer feel her sexual organ with his/her hand and her hand, and doing sexual intercourse.
