A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:10 on April 18, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) on the part of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) on the same day, the Defendant was on board a taxi in the E-dong Industry E-dong that the victim D driven on the front road; and (c) on the same day, at around 02:15, the Defendant was unable to take a bath for the victim, such as “floitch fluor, floring, floring,” and did not leave the taxi without any particular reason while under the influence of the victim’s business for about 30 minutes by failing to take a bath to the police officers dispatched to the police officers assigned to the Seocheon-gu Police Station at the same place at around 02:30 on the same day, and thus interfere with the victim’s business by force for about 30 minutes.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 4. 18. 02:30경 부천시 소사구 심곡본동에 있는 ’아남아파트‘ 앞 도로에서, 전항과 같이 신고를 받고 출동한 부천소사경찰서 F지구대 소속 순경인 피해자 G이 택시요금을 지급하고 귀가할 것을 권유하자 위 택시기사인 D, 지나가는 행인들이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “씨발새끼야, 병신새끼, 좆밥이 짜증나게 하네”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. On April 18, 2015, at the same place as the preceding paragraph on April 18, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the police officer G to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender with insult and obstruction of business, and to walking the bridge to the direction of moving the patrol vehicle and face with his hand on the same ground as the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
