The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the punishment of the original judgment (two months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution) is too unreasonable.

2. In the first instance, even though the Defendant was the first offender, the Defendant’s perjury was found to have been convicted of both F, G, and H in the case No. 2013 Gohap962 at the Busan District Court 2013 Gohap962 at the trial of the relevant criminal case, and the appeal by both the Defendants and the Prosecutor was dismissed at the appellate court (Seoul High Court 2014No880) and the final judgment was made on July 16, 2015.

Although it is not affected by the fact that the defendant had worked at a hospital between 30 years and that the defendant made a false testimony with the knowledge of the fact that he had established and operated a hospital by lending the name of medical person G while working together with F, who is not a non-medical person, the defendant made a false testimony. While the court below led to the crime on August 19, 2015 at the trial, it is not good that the crime was committed by denying the intention of the crime and making a statement due to confusion, but it is not good that the court below made a false statement due to confusion, and that the crime of perjury is in violation of the State's judicial function by interfering with the court's examination for finding the substantial truth, and thus it is necessary to punish the perjury. 3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
