1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 21,572,200 and the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from April 19, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff entered into a contract on May 14, 2014 with the Defendant for lease of construction materials, such as oil pumps, stacks, and pipes, as may be necessary at the construction site, other than construction works for Posito sewerage treatment facilities, in the case of Posito machinery constructed by the Defendant; the Plaintiff leased the construction materials to the Defendant under the above contract from September 27, 2014 to March 3, 2016; the amount of such attempted charges is 7,338,500; the market price of the construction materials destroyed or disposed of while the Defendant brought into the construction site at each of the above construction sites is 14,23,700.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 21,572,200 won, including the above payment fees of KRW 7,338,500 and the amount equivalent to the market price of building materials destroyed or disposed of, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 19, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff, as the plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
