Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a self-employed person and the wife C of the victim B (45).

On September 26, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:00, entered the victim's house of Busan, Nam-gu D, 104 Dong 604, and the victim's home, and the victim's wife went to the house to "after her husband goes to work, so she did not go to the house so that she would go to the house, and she came to the house in order to make the victim's wife and sexual relationship."

Accordingly, the defendant violated the victim's house against the victim's will.
