A The mother of Defendant B and the victim D (n, 49 years of age) are marital relations with the husband of Defendant A.

1. On March 17, 2017, at around 23:15, the Defendants committed the joint crime committed by the Defendants, around the apartment elevator in which the victim in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu is living.
