A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:40 on November 27, 2019, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol without calculating the drinking value after drinking alcohol at entertainment taverns, submitted a report in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, stating that “I am on the front of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, “I am on my own, do not am on my own. Accordingly, the defendant, through violence and intimidation, interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of duties concerning handling of 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders, and damaged things used by public offices.

2. On November 27, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business, as described in paragraph (1) around 08:45 on November 27, 2019, obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the victim’s carpets by force by displaying brooms among many customers in the carpets in front of “G”, which is managed by the victim H (V, 26 years old) of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, when the Defendant escaped from the police officers, and obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the carpets by force.
