A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a term of six months at the Seoul Southern District Court for fraud, and on December 11, 2012, the said suspended sentence was invalidated due to the said court’s sentence finalized on April 12, 2013. The execution of each of the said suspended sentence was terminated on July 25, 2013. On November 20, 2014, the said court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud and became final and conclusive on November 28, 2014.

1. Fraud;

A. On August 2014, the Defendant committed a crime in the middle of 2014, on or around 19:20 on August 20, 2014, at the “M store” operated by the Victim L in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) around August 19:20, the Defendant received food and alcohol equivalent to KRW 12,00,000, in total, and acquired them by deception, even if he received food from the victim, even if he received food from the victim, as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price.

B. On October 2014, the Defendant committed the crime in the middle of 2014, committed the crime at around 11:30 of the middle of October 2014, which was operated by the Victim L, committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with food from the victim, and he was provided with food and alcohol equivalent to the total market price of KRW 15,00,000, such as 1 soup and 2 disease of the victim.

C. On November 5, 2014, around 16:30 on November 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at “OO store” operated by the Defendant N in K located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant was committed as if he were to pay the price even if he was provided with food from the victim; and (b) he was provided with food and alcohol equivalent to KRW 26,00,00, total market price of 1, 200, such as 1, 2,000, and 2,000.

On November 7, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime on November 22, 2014, at around 22:00, food from the victim Qu working for the victim Qu located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
