Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:45 on January 12, 2015, the Defendant, at a “D” restaurant operated by C in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a matter of the above C and food costs, was urged by the victim E to pay food costs and return home from the victim’s police officers dispatched after receiving a report of 112 by the victim’s c and food costs, and among the above C and one customer, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by saying, “I am out of the police officer, I am out of the police officer’s dog, and am out of the police officer’s dog, I am out of the police officer’s dog, and I am back to the Dobong Police Station.”
