Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2014, at around 23:05, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by speaking the victim as “this Chewing” several times at a large interest rate from the victim police officer C, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report while the Defendant was going to franch due to the problem of taxi article B and the taxi fee in the street side of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Community Center, which is located in Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and recommended the victim to return home.
