1. The accused and victim C related to mobile phone fraud are known in the Internet car page, and they are inter-friendly between them.

A. On May 11, 2014, the Defendant is entitled to a compensation from a radio operator if he/she opens a mobile phone with the victim’s name without the intent or ability to pay the cost of use, even if he/she uses the mobile phone via a telephone operator in the victim’s name.

In four names, the mobile phone will be admitted to one mobile phone. It will be paid KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000.

In addition, by making a false statement that the president of the mobile phone store will not be able to see whether or not he/she grants a mobile phone, he/she purchased the same amount of money as the victim did not use 6,089,050 won, including mobile phone charges and small-amount settlement charges, from around August 10, 2014 to around August 13, 2014 after having subscribed to the mobile phone (KT and D) in the victim’s name with the consent of the victim.

B. At the end of June 2014, the Defendant was requested from the injured party to terminate the mobile phone in the name of the victim C even if he/she opened and used an additional portable phone in the name of the victim C. When the Defendant received a request from the injured party for the termination of the mobile phone under the preceding paragraph, he/she should open two more parts to terminate the mobile phone.

On July 3, 2014 with consent from the injured party, the charges were used in 2,536,200 won, such as the mobile phone charges and the small amount settlement charges, from the victim's name until August 4, 2015. By August 24, 2015, G mobile phone charges and KRW 2,299,050, including the small amount settlement charges, were used in 4,835,250 won, and the same amount was not paid.
