Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. However, the defendant and C did not have any intention or ability to pay the user fee instead of the user fee even if they received and used the mobile phone from the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant and C are under Kimcheon-si on the same day by deceiving the victim.
