A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall complete the child abuse treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was admitted to prison on September 15, 2017 by the victim B (the fourth, the third, the third, the birth date), the victim D (the second, the second and the second birth date), and the victim's relative F was divorced from F on September 15, 2017, and gave birth of the victim D and the victim was raised by the victim.

1. No person who violates the Child Welfare Act shall abandon a child under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter;

Nevertheless, from November 3, 2018 to December 2, 2018, the Defendant committed an act of neglecting the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment, and education of victims by leaving the victims at the h heading of the G building at the Siljin-si, which is a new residence from December 3, 2018 to January 30, 2019, and neglecting the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment, and education for the victims for about seven hours before leaving the 4-day home, which is a new residence.

2. From November 3, 2018, the Defendant entrusted B to K Child Care Center, which is a 24-hour childcare facility, around January 31, 2019 while raising victims D and B mixedly from around November 3, 2018, and from February 1, 2019, the Defendant, from around February 1, 2019, took care of the victim D in a mixed room at the I Building Jho-gu, the Defendant’s residence.

At around 21:00 each week, the Defendant sent out around 21:0 and opened the victim D with mixed water, food, etc. in the studio room without requesting the victim D to do so, and opened the door for about 7 hours before returning home to Korea at about 04:00 on the following day, and did not provide the victim D with basic care, such as water and food, and did not provide the victim D with health.
