The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant was a person engaged in the livestock industry. On September 8, 2017, the Defendant found in the victim’s house on the ground that at the house of Dosan-si C and the victim D (55 years) around September 19:50, 201, the injured person took a dog in the Defendant’s mother-gu E house and asked 1 horse in the Defendant’s mother-gu E house to die.

(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
