The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at three times with his/her hand, and the victim’s buckbucks that go beyond his/her bucks, following the change of his/her car line on the road in Suwon-si B or in front of the road in Suwon-si on March 16, 2018.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act (a written agreement which includes the victim's expression of intention not to punish the victim in this case is submitted to the court on May 11, 2018);
