A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and is engaged in driving motor vehicles B and III;

On May 14, 2017, the Defendant operated the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver's license of the said vehicle, and changed the vehicle line to one lane while driving the two lanes prior to the transfer intersection of the national highways 29 on the south west-gun, the transfer of the said cargo vehicle to another national highway 29 on the south west-gun.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running on the lane intended to enter, shall not change course, and he/she shall give advance notice of change of course by operating direction, etc. in advance, while he/she has a duty of care to safely change the lane and prevent accidents from spreading.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not properly examine the progress of other vehicles, and entered the two lanes from the two lanes to the one lane without operating direction direction etc., and was driven by the victim C (W, 24 years old) who was driving in the first lane, and was driving in the right side of the motor vehicle of the cuber that the Defendant is driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the influence that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim E (V, 24 years of age) who was on board the vehicle in the U.S. cubus to approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from the roads prior to the agricultural and industrial complex of the National Highway 29 to the transfer of the line No. 29 to the prior road of the National Highway 4 km from the roads prior to the agricultural and industrial complex of the National Highway 29 to the transfer of the line No. 29 to the prior road.
