Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who operates a motor vehicle maintenance business in the name of "C," and a person who intends to operate a construction machinery business is registered with the competent authority for each type of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on December 1, 2014, exchanged D dump trucks, a construction machinery business entity, which is a construction machinery, and received KRW 30,00,000 from the above maintenance business entity without registration.
