Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:35 on April 6, 2013, the Defendant, at the Cju point in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, had the face of the victim D (29 years of age) who entered the table from the sweet to drinking 3-4 times, without any particular reason, and continued to have the face of the victim E (25 years of age) who was next to the sweet, one time, and the left-hand eye.

이로써 피고인은 피해자 D에게 치료일수 미상의 코 부위 타박상을, 피해자 E에게 치료일수 미상의 좌측 눈부위 조흔(할퀸 상처) 등의 상해를 각 가하였다.
