1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff at the rate of 30,201,490 won and the annual rate of 15% per annum from May 26, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In the absence of dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the statements (including the serial number) in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the defendant the amount of goods, such as textile yarns, from October 2015 to January 2016, and the attempted payment amount constitutes 30,201,490 won, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 26, 2016 to the date of full payment as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
