The reasoning for the court’s explanation on the instant case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the witness C’s testimony which is insufficient to recognize the Plaintiff’s assertion as additional evidence submitted at the court of first instance. As such, this Court cited it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
