Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around July 6, 2012, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet site B stating that he/she sold a medium-sized LX of the medium-sized franchise, and made a false statement to the effect that “If he/she deposits in advance KRW 250,000,000, he/she will confirm the deposit and deliver the vehicle, and did not return the vehicle without sending it.”

As such, the Defendant did not have an ability or intent to sell a true-learning vehicle.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 2.50,00 from the victim immediately in the name of the Defendant’s account in the CT Bank (Account Number: D) account.

around October 10, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Around October 10, 2012, the Defendant provided the victim with normal rental fees and returned the Kamera at the “G” car rental store operated by the victim F, 302 Dong 255, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and that “Around October 10, 201, the Defendant would pay the victim KRW 145,000 per day rental fee.”

However, the Defendant had intended to offer the money as security by lending the camera and siren from the victim, and to borrow the money, and there was no occupation and income, and there was no intention and ability to pay the rent.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received from the victim the total amount of KRW 6,980,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of KRW 3,950,00,000,000,000,000,000,000 won in the market value of the victim’s possession.

The defendant of "2013 High Court 1692" did not have any intention or ability to sell goods.
