1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 30, 2006, the Plaintiff, as a company aimed at appraising and appraising movables, real estate and other properties, and rearrangement project management business under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Do Administration Act”), changed its trade name into “D” by absorbing Co., Ltd., and changed its trade name on January 1, 2008.

On March 2004, the F Promotion Committee: (a) between the corporation and C with the approval of the committee for the promotion of the primary establishment of a partnership, in accordance with Article 14(1)2 of the Do administration Act, (b) the committee for the promotion of the primary establishment of a partnership shall select the corporation as a specialized management businessman of the rearrangement project; (c) the committee for the promotion of the primary establishment of a partnership provides services on behalf of C until it obtains the approval of the committee for the promotion of its establishment; and (c) the price for the services provided by C shall be determined comprehensively at the time of concluding the contract for the selection of C as a specialized management businessman

After the establishment promotion committee was approved on January 22, 2005, C entered into a provisional contract with the special management service agreement that will be entered into with the establishment promotion committee. D.

On June 28, 2004, the F Promotion Committee applied for the approval of the committee for the establishment of a new association to the head of Ulsan Metropolitan City on August 2, 2004. However, the application was rejected on August 2, 2004. The application was filed on December 15, 2004, but the application was filed for the approval of the committee for the establishment of a new association on December 20, 2004.
